Chris Motha-Fuckin Hadfield!

It's not every day that you get a chance to sit down with someone who has spent close to two hundred days outside of earth's atmosphere and orbited our planet just shy of 3000 times...BUT...sometimes, it is that day. Jeremie, Brian and I got to sit down with the one and only Commander Chris Hadfield to chat about what kind of crazy shit happens to the human body when it leaves the planet it was made for. Oh, and if you've been living under a rock for the past 3 years, the title of "Commander" is for Commander of the International Space Station for 6 months in 2013. Did we mention he shot a music video covering David Bowie's "Space Oddity"? Yea, he did that, in space, with no gravity, in space, outside of the planet where every other human lives.

The most fascinating thing about our conversation with Chris was his perspective on how to take advantage of the precious thing we call life. The limited number of days we have are meant to be taken advantage of. Chris' life's work to leave our atmosphere has allowed him to physically separate himself from the world we live in, and, in return, he has been gifted with a unique perspective on life. Come along for the ride as we try to soak up every ounce of an astronauts guide to life on earth
